Our Mission

As professionals looking to invest our own wealth in real estate, we have experimented firsthand with how time-consuming it is to find the right opportunity, and how big-size tickets are needed to buy and transform a high-yield asset. After having the opportunity to invest with some friends to acquire, refurbish, and rent a residential building in one of the top European capitals, we realized the appetite from people like us to find similar investments, therefore we decided to put aside our former projects and start HOMAD. At HOMAD we search for growing urban destinations and identify value-added opportunities to invest with people from our network, earning double-digit returns.  We put together a team that convergence technology, business intelligence, and real-estate expertise to offer you the most attractive investment opportunities
